PENNY IS THE BEST !!

I started coming to Bloom Spa when I met Penny through my current work at a chiropractors office. We chatted about fun colors I wanted to do and just like that booked an appointment with her. She does the best job and is the sweetest human ever.
Penny is extremely thorough with her job and is only satisfied when you are, amazing customer service and all around person. She recommended the best color conditioner for me that’s kept my color vibrant in between sessions.
